Journal of Digital Life is pleased to announce the start of the “Article Contributor’s Referral program”.If a referred person submits an article to Journa of Digital Life and an editorial board member is assigned, the referrer will receive 10,000 Japanese yen per article submitted as a reward. Eligible papers are Article,Technical Article,and Secondary Publication. If a referred person submits more than one article, we will pay 10,000 yen for each number of articles submitted.The following is the process from the referral of contributors to the program to the payment of rewards.

Step 1: Please email the following to the Digital Life email address “info-digitallife@sankei.co.jp” (please put the referred person in the CC of the email)
Subject: [Regarding the referral of contributors]
Text: Name,affiliation,and e-mail address of the referred person,and name of the referrer.
Step 2: The Editorial Office will contact the referred person and provide information on how to submit the article.
Step 3: We receive the article submission from the referred person.
Step 4: After a technical check by the Editorial Office, the article will be assigned to an editorial board member and approved as an eligible paper for the program.
Step 5: An invoice format will be sent to the referrer at the end of each month during the program period.
Step 6: The referrer fills out the required parts of the invoice and submits it to the Editorial Office.
Step 7: Rewards will be paid.

Notes

The user of the article contributor’s referral program (hereinafter referred to as the “referrer”) will be considered to have agreed to the following
(1)When the referrer contacts the Journal of Digital Life Editorial Office with the name, e-mail address, affiliation, and other personal information of the prospective contributor (referred person), the referrer must obtain the prior permission of the referred person that Journal of Digital Life will use the personal information for the purposes described in (2) of “Purposes of use of personal information”. Any problems that are caused by providing information without permission should be resolved by the referrer. Sankei Digital Inc. will not take any responsibility for such problems.
(2) Personal information such as name, address, and bank account information provided by the referrer will be used only for the purpose of payment of rewards for the article contributor’s referral program.

(1) Personal information, such as the e-mail address of the referrer, will be used to contact the referrer for payment of the reward and to send information from the Journal of Digital Life.
(2) Personal information, such as the e-mail address of the referred person, will be used to contact the person for submission of the article to Journal of Digital Life and to send information from the Journal of Digital Life.
(3) Personal information such as the name, address, and bank account information of the referee will be used only for the payment of the rewards.
